1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 333vip platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 333vip (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease all use of the 333vip platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets or wagers. Access to the platform constitutes acceptance, regardless of whether you have explicitly clicked an acceptance checkbox during registration.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the following supplementary policy documents, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 333vip:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how 333vip collects, stores, and processes your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which details the tools and resources available to help you manage your gambling activity.
• Any bonus-specific terms attached to individual promotional offers, which are published at the time the offer is made available.

333vip communicates with registered players via the email address provided at registration and via in-platform notifications. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered contact details are current and accurate. Notices sent to an outdated email address are considered duly delivered for the purposes of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 333vip platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 333vip operates an 18+ only policy without exception. This requirement applies regardless of any other legal gambling age that may apply in your specific location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering contracts may not use the 333vip platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, nor have requested a cooling-off period on 333vip that remains in effect.
• Personal Use Only: You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Creating or operating an account on behalf of another individual — even with their consent — is prohibited.

333vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending successful identity verification.

Where 333vip has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the account holder is underage, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and the deposited amount (minus any bonuses) may be returned at 333vip's discretion.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gambling features on the 333vip platform, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is entitled to maintain exactly one 333vip account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or under different names — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 333vip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 333vip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to add a second layer of protection to your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 333vip of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: In accordance with responsible gambling best practices and anti-money laundering standards, 333vip may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of your chosen payment method. Accounts that do not complete required KYC checks within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal functionality restricted.

• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must notify 333vip promptly of any changes to your registered personal details.
• Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses may be rejected.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 333vip platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 333vip supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels, which are the primary financial services used by players across Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 333vip account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 333vip does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

333vip offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published in full at the time the promotion is made available. The following general rules apply to all 333vip promotions unless an individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.

Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Existing players are not eligible for welcome bonuses. • Only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any given time unless stated otherwise.

Seasonal and Cultural Promotions: 333vip recognises Bangladesh's cultural calendar and may offer special promotions during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms above plus any additional conditions specified with the seasonal offer.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

333vip is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 333vip or other players, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing hole cards, or pre-arranging outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus structures, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, matched betting specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional errors.
• Automated Betting Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the 333vip platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through your payment provider while retaining gaming winnings constitutes fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain a financial advantage. Any such winnings will be voided and the technical error reported to the relevant game provider.

333vip employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, betting patterns, and financial transactions in real time. Accounts flagged by automated systems are reviewed by the platform's security team before any enforcement action is taken, except in cases of clear and immediate risk to platform integrity.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

333vip may suspend or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances, without being required to provide advance notice in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect platform integrity or player welfare:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account closure).
• At the request of the account holder, where a voluntary closure or self-exclusion has been requested.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 333vip account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or email. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests that comply with these Terms will be processed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling has become a problem, 333vip offers a formal self-exclusion mechanism. Upon self-exclusion, your account is permanently deactivated and you will not be permitted to create a new account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 333vip will attempt to notify the account holder via email before applying any dormant account administration fee. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333vip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by game provider software bugs that are outside 333vip's direct control, provided that 333vip acts promptly to report and resolve such errors with the relevant provider.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your own gambling decisions, including losses on bets placed under the influence of the platform's promotional offers.

333vip makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333vip's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Amendments: 333vip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered players via email and/or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
